Cinnamon Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Pure Vitality Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 scoop unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbls Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup mixed berries (heated on stovetop with a few drops of stevia to make a fruit sauce)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, cinnamon, baking powder, and eggs in bowl.
- Put 1 tsp coconut oil on a griddle and slowly add batter.
- Cook for 2 minutes and then flip.
- Top with warm fruit sauce
