Sweet Vanilla Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Pure Vitality Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 tbls Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Handful of fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- *Optional (cinnamon to taste)
- (2-3 drops of stevia to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix protein powder, vanilla extract, almond milk, cinnamon, baking powder and egg in bowl.
- Fold in washed blueberries.
- Put 1 tsp coconut oil on griddle and slowly add batter.
- Cook for 2 minutes and then flip.
