Cilantro Lime Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
- 1- 5 oz can of tuna (in water)
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Zest and juice from 1 lime
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Himalayan sea salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and season with Himalayan sea salt and pepper.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Serving size = 3 oz of tuna salad. One serving = 3 oz of protein and 2 servings of healthy fat on the IHC plan.
