Cilantro Lime Tuna Salad

Cilantro Lime Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1- 5 oz can of tuna (in water)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Zest and juice from 1 lime
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Himalayan sea salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and season with Himalayan sea salt and pepper.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.

Serving size = 3 oz of tuna salad. One serving = 3 oz of protein and 2 servings of healthy fat on the IHC plan.
