Apple Brussels Sprouts Hash

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
- ½ tbs. avocado oil
- 1-2 small Granny Smith Apples, diced small
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbls balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup nuts/seeds of choice, chopped (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds are excellent)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Carefully shred sprouts in food processor or thinly slice.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add avocado oil and Brussels. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- While Brussels are cooking, dice the apples.
- Add apples, garlic powder, salt, balsamic vinegar and stir well. Sauté 5 additional minutes.
- Add chopped nuts.
- Remove from heat and add more salt and pepper to taste.
