Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Tapioca
- 1½ cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root divided
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
- ½ cup halved green beans
- 1 teaspoon of Bragg's Liquid Amino
- 2 tablespoons of Alkaline water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, blend tapioca, garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil until tapioca is Mix in broccoli, snow peas, and green beans, tossing to lightly coat
