Tuna Salad
Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- 5 oz canned tuna in water drained
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon guacamole/mashed avocado
- ¼ cup carrot finely minced
- ¼ cup celery finely minced
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Open and drain tuna.
- Chop all vegetables.
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients.
Note: If your tuna is unsalted, you may need to add a pinch of salt to this recipe. Most canned tuna does have added salt so add to taste. - Serve over a salad.
