Baked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:
- 3 green apples (about 3 cups), diced
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon butter, diced (or melted coconut oil)
- Liquid stevia, to taste
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Instructions:
- To make the baked apples: Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Toss diced apples with cinnamon, liquid stevia, water, and sea salt until well coated.
- Spread in a thin layer in a baking dish and speckle with the diced butter.
- Place the apples in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the apples from the oven, give a quick stir, spread the apples evenly, and return the baking dish to the oven. Bake for another 15 minutes, until apples are tender and the sauce is thick and caramelized.
- Let the baked apples cool slightly and enjoy as desired!
