Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce (no sugar - check first section of manual for sugar and sugar substitute warning words)
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F
  2. Lightly grease baking sheet with approved oil
  3. Mix together the garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and hot sauce in a small bowl to create Buffalo sauce.
  4. Add cauliflower into large gallon sized bag, pour buffalo sauce into bag. Shake until florets are well coated. Spread onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

Serving size = 1 cup. This equates to the serving having 2 servings of vegetables, and 1 serving of healthy fat on the IHC plan.
