Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:
- 6 cups fresh cauliflower florets
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (no sugar - check first section of manual for sugar and sugar substitute warning words)
- Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 450° F
- Lightly grease baking sheet with approved oil
- Mix together the garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and hot sauce in a small bowl to create Buffalo sauce.
- Add cauliflower into large gallon sized bag, pour buffalo sauce into bag. Shake until florets are well coated. Spread onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Serving size = 1 cup. This equates to the serving having 2 servings of vegetables, and 1 serving of healthy fat on the IHC plan.
