Cabbage Hash

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cup green cabbage, sliced small and thin, core removed
  • 3 ounces ground turkey
  • ½ cup yellow onion
  • 1 cup chicken broth, regular or low sodium if desired

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Warm the coconut oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add the cabbage and allow to cook down, just enough to make room for the ground turkey.
  3. Add the turkey and onion and stir continuously until the meat is fully cooked (about 15 min)
  4. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
