Cabbage Hash
Cabbage Hash

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 ½ cup green cabbage, sliced small and thin, core removed
- 3 ounces ground turkey
- ½ cup yellow onion
- 1 cup chicken broth, regular or low sodium if desired
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Warm the coconut oil in a large skillet.
- Add the cabbage and allow to cook down, just enough to make room for the ground turkey.
- Add the turkey and onion and stir continuously until the meat is fully cooked (about 15 min)
- Allow to cool slightly and serve.
