Cilantro Lime Dressing

Weight Loss Cleveland TN Cilantro Lime Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil, or olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • A few drops of liquid stevia, optional
  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Season with additional salt and pepper, as needed.
  2. Store dressing in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days.
