Garlic Butter Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients:
- 10 oz (280g) fresh spinach, thoroughly rinsed
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Himalayan sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- To make the garlic butter sauteed spinach: Heat butter in a large sauté pan or skillet. Sauté garlic until aromatic, then add spinach. Drizzle with lemon juice, and stir to combine well.
- Continue to sauté until the spinach starts to wilt and the garlic has released its smell. Season with salt and pepper.
