Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Tapioca
  • 1½ cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger root divided
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
  • ½ cup halved green beans
  • 1 teaspoon of Bragg's Liquid Amino
  • 2 tablespoons of Alkaline water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, blend tapioca, garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil until tapioca is Mix in broccoli, snow peas, and green beans, tossing to lightly coat
