Mashed No-Tatoes
Mashed No-Tatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups of Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 Tablespoons real butter
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Steam cauliflower until very soft
- Place steamed cauliflower, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic (if desired) into food processor
- Blend until desired consistency is reached
This recipe makes 4 servings. This equates to the serving having 1 serving of vegetable, and 1.5 servings of Healthy Fat on the IHC plan.
