Pumpkin Peach Pure Vitality Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 peach, sliced
- 1 cup almond, coconut, or cashew milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 scoop Pure Vitality vanilla protein powder
- Stevia to taste
- 1/2 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy.
This recipe makes 1 serving. Each serving has 3 ounces of protein, 1/2 serving of vegetables, and 1 serving of fruit on the IHC plan.
** Try adding a 1/8 of an avocado for a creamy consistency and added healthy fat!
