Queso Dip

Weight Loss Cleveland TN Queso Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic raw unsalted cashews (if you have a high speed blender you don't even have to soak them! If you don't have a high speed blender, you'll want to soak your cashews in water overnight, or do a quick soak in boiling water for 1 hour.
  • ½ cup organic chicken bone broth
  • 4-ounce can organic diced green chiles (the chiles AND the juice in the can)
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning (sugar free)
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in your high speed blender. Blend on high for 90 seconds.
  2. Serve room temperature, or heat on the stove to serve warm. If heating in the microwave, do it in 10 second intervals stirring after frequently to avoid it getting chunky.
  3. Garnish with diced tomatoes, jalapenos and/or green onions.
  4. Use as a vegetable dip or sauce on your favorite Mexican dish.
  5. Will keep in an airtight refrigerator for 7 days.
