Tomato Onion Brussels
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brussels - cut into halves
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onions - sliced
- 1-2 teaspoons Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Bragg's mixed spice
- Pepper
- 2 teaspoons grape seed oil or coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add brussel halves, onion and tomatoes to a baking dish.
- Add in the oil, mixed spice, and Himalayan sea salt.
- Bake in the oven on 180-200 degrees for 45 minutes.
This recipe makes 1 serving. This equates to the serving having 2 servings of Vegetables, and 2 servings of Healthy Fat on the IHC plan.
