Tomato Onion Brussels

Tomato Onions and Brussels Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brussels - cut into halves
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onions - sliced
  • 1-2 teaspoons Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg's mixed spice
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons grape seed oil or coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add brussel halves, onion and tomatoes to a baking dish.
  2. Add in the oil, mixed spice, and Himalayan sea salt.
  3. Bake in the oven on 180-200 degrees for 45 minutes.

This recipe makes 1 serving. This equates to the serving having 2 servings of Vegetables, and 2 servings of Healthy Fat on the IHC plan.
