Tuna Salad

Weight Loss Cleveland TN Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz canned tuna in water drained
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon guacamole/mashed avocado
  • ¼ cup carrot finely minced
  • ¼ cup celery finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Open and drain tuna.
  2. Chop all vegetables.
  3. In a bowl mix together all ingredients.
    Note: If your tuna is unsalted, you may need to add a pinch of salt to this recipe. Most canned tuna does have added salt so add to taste.
  4. Serve over a salad.
