Turkey Greens Frittata
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces grass fed ground turkey or beef
- 2 cup finely chopped greens (spinach, kale or collard)
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- ½ of a large tomato (sliced for topping)
- 4 eggs
- seasonings of your choice!
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stir everything (except tomato slices) together until well combined.
- Pour into a small dish, top with tomato slices and bake at 350 until egg is fully cooked, approx. 7 - 8 minutes.
