Vanilla Coconut Collagen Cookies

Vanilla Coconut Collagen Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (Make sure it's sugar-free!)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Bullet Proof Vanilla Collagen Protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda, Bullet Proof, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Add in the eggs, coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly until it's all well-combined.
  4. Mix in the coconut flakes until they're spread evenly throughout the batter.
  5. Use a spoon or your hands to grab some dough and form cookies on the parchment paper. (About two inches wide. You can press down a little to flatten them)
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 20 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
